From Desire to Destiny My notes from Deepok Chopra’s 21 Day Meditation Challenge
“In today’s meditation we will explore our desires in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms…dipping into the stillness and silence of meditation that is the birthplace of all inspiration.”
From the realm of the material world… from microscopic to huge objects – material goods, investments, jewelry.
What do I want?
Is there some health aspect, disturbance? disease? Discomfort?
What do I want?
What is the ideal version for my physical body?
What do I want?
Realm of the intellect, ego, self-esteem…
everything I’ve identified and defined as who I am. What would I like to transform?
What do I want?
Causal realm, the realm of spirit and soul. The realm of the infinite, of connection to source. That space between my thoughts. My most divine self. My most God-like version of who I am?…
What do I want?
Say out loud… I want…..
Write the “I want List” out. Wrtie down what I want physically, emotionally, spiritually, health-wise.
Look at this list when I wake up, before I meditate and before I go to sleep.
Meditate and drift into stillness.
Chant Om three times to commit that I am entitled to seek my deepest desires.
I am my deepest driving desires. As is my desire, so is my will. As is my will, so is my deed. As is my deed, so is my destiny. I am so worth of obtaining my desire. I am entitled to be happy. I am entitled to feel love in my life. I am entitled to have all of the abundance that the universe offers. I am entitled to be free. But this all requires that I am a conduit – giving and receiving. An open conduit that allows me to fill what is empty and empty what is full.
Take a deep breath in… ommmmmmm 3x.
