“Day 1:  Love is Unifying”

Loving Intention

“I want all of your dreams to come true because I know that your fulfillment is my fulfillment—no matter what direction either of us takes; at the deepest level we are one. Knowing this I can celebrate you and your path to fulfilling your destiny…every step of progress you make is my progress…every setback you experience is mine as well, and I am there to support you through every one. What a precious gift that we get to experience being two, united as one!”

“Dear Friend.  For so many years, I struggled with my relationships – with men, women, family… with everyone.  And then one day I had a realization, that the only way to stop the struggle was to allow everyone that I was with to be…just as they are.  I realized that when I allowed others unconditional freedom, what I was gifting myself was the same.  That when I said yes to what they wanted, and not what I wanted for them, all of us were in a flow together, loving, laughing and sweetly being.  So I offer this gift  of  ‘I want for you what you want for you’.  21 days of meditation on love, in hopes that you may experience the same shift in your own life by these simple words.”

“Dearest Friend, allow your heart to be open to a way of being, thinking and acting that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because we are one.  A famous Yogi told me this instantly, without a trace of doubt, that the most liberating enlightening thing about unconditional love is the experience of unity.  I want for you what you want for you, and in the best relationships, you want for me what I want for me.  We dearly want the same thing for each other.  In this way, love unifies us, even though we are different.  In wanting for you what you want for you, I open myself to this new reality at the deepest level we are one, and I embrace that reality.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Put your hand on your heart and gently tap on your heart a few times to activate your heart chakra.  Now continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth three times.  Now in this subtle space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you.  We are one.

I want for you what you want for you.  We are one.

Now slowly bring yourself gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is where we all live, that this is reality.  Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will touched by your melted heart and you by theirs.

I want for you what you want for you.”

Reflection Question:  How can you support your loved one’s path to fulfillment today?

“Day 2:  Into Me You see

Blissful Me

Loving Intention

I love our intimacy—“Into Me You See.” When I want for you what you want for you, I see you truly and meet you in that most intimate place. It is there that truth resides. It is there that I embrace you truly and feel your embrace in return.”

Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open to a way of thinking, being and doing that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you…I want for you what you want for you because I love intimacy.  Into me you see.  When you allow me to see into you, to know what you want for you, you allow me to be intimate with you.   Your gift to me is in letting me into you.  My gift to you is giving back to you by supporting whatever it is that you want for you.  So how can we be more intimate with each other?   When you let me know what you want and care about most, you give me the opportunity to really be there for you.  You give me the privilege of being able to see into the deepest part of you.  That is where I choose to rest.  That’s where I choose to hold you.  That’s where I choose to live.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Put your hand on your heart and gently tap on your heart a few times to activate your heart chakra.  Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth three times.   Now, in this subtle space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra, I want for you what you want for you.  I love intimacy.  Into me you see.

I love intimacy.  Into me you see….

I want for you what you want for you.  I love intimacy.  Into me you see.

Now bring yourself gently back into the room.  Noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is who we all are.  This is the reality.

Now set your intention that today, every single person that you come into contact with will be touched deeply by your melted heart and you by theirs.  I want for you what you want for you.

Reflection Question:  How can you express intimacy in your relationships today?”

Day 3 – What is Real?

Loving Intention

"Day's End" www.sfago.com Sharon Abbott-Furze

I acknowledge your unique destiny and know that when you are living that, you are a gift from God. I know that it is right, because it is your desire. I know that it is real, because it is. When I open myself to what is, I open myself to life. So in loving you, opening myself to you, I am able to be fully alive.

Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open as this will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you.  I want for you what you want for you because I want what is real.  What is real?  The truth, whether you and I are aware at any given moment or not, we both want to know what is real, to live what is real…what is true about us and the world around us.  Neither of us wants to be lied to.  And deep down, we don’t want to lie to ourselves.  Living a lie restricts us and holds us back from being all that we can be.  Your truth is what you know, what you feel, your own desires, whether revealed or kept secret.  And they have their own destiny, their own path of evolution.  So, If I want what’s real, I have to acknowledge your truth, that you too  have your own feelings, your own desires, and your own destiny.  If I try and deny that, I’ll be lying to myself and to you, and so, I want for you what you want for you because that is real.

Now, for the next few minutes, sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Focus on the heart area and then place your hand on your heart.  Gently tap the heart a few times to activate the heart chakra.  Now, continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth 3 times.   Now, in this little space, allow yourself to meditate for a  few moments on this beautiful mantra….I want for you what you want for you.  I want what’s real.

I want what’s real.

I want for you what you want for you.  I want what’s real.

Now slowly bring yourself back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is who we all are.  This is the reality.

Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your melted heart and you by theirs.  I want for you what you want for you.

Reflection Question:  How can you see the unique destiny of someone close to you as your gift from God?”

Day 4: It’s All About Flow

” Loving Intention

"Symphony" www.sfago.com Sharon Abbott-Furze

I acknowledge, embrace and honor the natural changes we both go through. I’m excited to welcome those changes and watch us both grow as we expand into our destinies. Let us dance the dance of life together. Let us rejoice in this life, in this love. Let us celebrate the change and marvel at the miracle of the two of us, as one.

Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open as this will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you.  I want for you what you want for you because I love flow.  On the surface, I am changing and you are changing in the course of our life.  Our desires will change, our feelings will change, and the world around us will change.  Knowing that change is inevitable, let’s adjust our hearts and minds to this change and while riding that change, let’s acknowledge and accept the changes we both go through.  Let’s recognize that what each of us may want change from time to time.  In wanting for you what you want for you, and if you feel the same about me, imagine how our relationship will flourish through the changes that life brings.

Now, for the next few minutes, sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Focus on the heart area and then place your hand on your heart.  Gently tap the heart a few times to activate the heart chakra.  Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth 3 times.   Now, in this little space, allow yourself to meditate for a  few moments on this beautiful mantra….I want for you what you want for you.  I love flow.

I want for you what you want for you.  I love flow

Now slowly bring yourself back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is who we all are.  This is reality.

Set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your melted heart and you by theirs.  I want for you what you want for you.

Reflection Question: How can you embrace the natural changes in your life today?”

Day 5 – Change Happens

” Loving Intention

The Story Teller - Images available at sharonabbottfinearts.com

I openly embrace the natural evolution of you and us and look forward to the exciting adventure that awaits the rest of our lives. I choose to let go of my resistance to change, no matter what the past has been. Only by opening my heart to what is to come can I truly open my heart to you, and to myself.

Dearest Friend,
Allow your heart to be open to a way of thinking, being and a thinking that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you.  I want for you what you want for you because change is inevitable.  Life is a journey of self discovery, a process of personal and collective evolution, so have said many saints and sages, and other wise people.  An evolution advances through change.  My great teacher, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi spoke about the force of evolution, un unstoppable force of nature which, he says, propels all life to advance and grow, flowing ahead like a powerful river.  He said we can swim downstream with the flow of the river and enjoy a faster, easier journey, or we can try and swim upstream where we will struggle and get exhausted.  We can go with the flow of evolution, or fight it – it’s our choice.  Our deepest feelings and desires, our passions and our needs are the voice of nature, the force of evolution speaking to us.  What are some of the needs of two people in a relationship that are constantly changing from one phase to another, back and forth?  Intimacy, alone time, play, serious work, saving and earning, spending, spontaneity, routine, safety, adventure, rest, dynamism, personal freedom, commitment.  Commitment gives us the motivation to flow within inevitable changes and use them to grow.  That is, after all, our goal…our personal growth, our personal evolution and evolution is through change.  Then, I have no doubt life’s journey will be exciting and fulfilling for both of us.  No matter where the journey takes us.

Now, for the next few minutes, concentrate on your heart.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Place your hand on your heart and gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra.  Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth 3 times.   Now, in this subtle space, allow yourself to meditate for a  few moments on this beautiful mantra….I want for you what you want for you. Change is inevitable.

Change is inevitable.

I want for you what you want for you.  Change is inevitable.

Now slowly bring yourself back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is where we all live.  This is reality.

Set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your melted heart and you by theirs.

I want for you what you want for you.. .

Reflection Question:  How can you truly open your heart to what naturally happens in your life today?”

Day 6: Be True To Self

” Loving Intention

"City Girls" www.sfago.com Sharon Abbott-Furze

I commit to the journey of self-discovery for both you and myself. When I am clear about my passions, I can meet you in a place where we fully support what we want for each other. My clarity makes your life easier. When I’m crystal clear about my own desires it helps me appreciate how much it means to you to have my support for yours. I choose to love you and in loving you I am loving myself as well.

Dearest Friend,
Allow your heart to be open to a way of thinking, being and doing that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you.  I want for you what you want for you because our evolution matters most.  Because life is a journey of self discovery, our first priority has to be that.  If I’m committed to that for myself and for you, life can be fulfilling.  If not, we can become confused, disappointed, exhausted, cynical.  If I am fortunate enough, and wise enough, to be in a relationship with someone like you who enhances life’s journey, makes my burdens lighter, shares my commitment to the process of actually discovering who I really am, then I can thank you and myself.  How can I attract someone like you into my life unless I’m willing to want for you what you want for you?  And in turn to expect the same for myself.  To know what I want, my first commitment has to be to knowing myself, and being true to myself, pursuing my passions and creating what I desire from within.  When I do this, and I am clear about what I want, then I can meet you fully, supporting you in what you want for you.

Now, for the next few minutes, focus on your heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Place your hand on your heart and gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra.  Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth 3 times.   In this subtle space, allow yourself to meditate for a  few moments on this beautiful mantra….I want for you what you want for you. “Day 7:  Trusting in All

Loving Intention

"City Girls" www.sfago.com Sharon Abbott-Furze

” I trust that the universe will guide us to a life of happiness, love and connectedness. I will practice keeping my heart open even when I feel betrayed. When that happens it’s so easy to get lost in the illusion of separation. But I will not get lost in that. I know better. No one can betray me. I can only do that to myself. In the love of you, I love myself. If you want to go, then, as my dear friend Byron Katie says, “Honey, let me help you pack your bags!”

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to  open as this will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because I want to trust.  In loving you unconditionally, I must trust.  It’s not just about trusting you, or me, or us, it’s also about trusting God or nature, or the unified field, whatever name you want to put to that energy that is greater than ourselves.  In trusting that this infinite God will love us and guide us as we grow into all that we desire to be, I feel peace.  When I’m with you, if I break that precious bond of trust, I’ve damaged us.  So my motive here is a selfish one, I know that love and trust is better for my life than not trusting.  Even if I am betrayed, or even if I’m rejected, I know that shutting down my heart will always hurt me more than trusting; that somehow, even this moment, this painful, awful moment,  there is also a gift.  So I want for you what you want for you.  Because in trusting you, I am whole.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Gently tap on your heart a few times to activate your heart chakra and then place your hand on your heart.  Now continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth three times.  Now in this subtle space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you.  I want to trust….

“Day 8:  Love is Not Attachment

"The Fair" www.sfago.com Sharon Abbott-Furze

Loving Intention

“I love you with all my heart and I choose to let go of my attachment to you, to what you think of me, and to what I want for you. I will embrace you fully, releasing the pain that comes with my attachment to you. I know the more I hold on to you, the more you will feel trapped and want your freedom. So I choose to open fully to you and trust that what is best for both of us will show up when I am open, knowing that if it looks differently than what I thought I wanted, then I have been spared.”

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to  open as this will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because love and attachment are two different things.   The dilemma for the ages, and for each of us, is that love and attachment are different things, but not mutually exclusive.  Here we are, two lovers who are confident and secure in our relationship and yet, sometimes we go along holding hands and sometimes we go separately.  Letting go of my attachment to you is sometimes necessary for me to grow faster.  I feel best, for example, when I let go of my painful attachments of how I think you may think or feel about me; Concepts like, ‘he doesn’t find me attractive’, or, ‘he’s not listening’.  Unconditional love desires freedom and happiness.  When I can honestly have the experience that your thoughts about me are not personal, when I’m not in my story about what I think you may feel, or think about me, and when you are doing the same, then our love has the possibility of really being free.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra and then place your hand on your heart.  Now continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth three times.  Now in this subtle space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you. Now slowly bring yourself slowly back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is who we all are.  This is the reality.  Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will touched by your beautiful melted heart and you by theirs.

I want for you what you want for you.”

Day 9:  Motive Generated

"The Potter" www.sfago.com Sharon Abbott-Furze

“Loving Intention

I see the “NO” arising and say “NO”. I will keep saying “NO” to “NO” and open to the “YES” of your desire. I sink into the deep, relaxing ease that comes with helping you claim what is rightfully yours. Your wish is not accidental. It is a commandment from life itself that you may fulfill your purpose for being alive. How could I ever take that from you? I can’t. So when my “NO” arises, I say “NO” to it, and honor your divine purpose with my “YES”.

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be  open as this will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because otherwise, I’m exhausted.

I’m exhausted because if I’m trying to block you or limit you in any way that is rightfully yours, I’m going to feel either angry, depressed, or totally separate from you.  That’s what being motive generated does.  It saps the life out of me.

Now try this, the next time someone you love says they want something and you feel inside of you this immediate, ‘No’, lie down.  That’s right – lie down.  Lie down on your bed, close your eyes and feel the restriction that the ‘no’ creates in your physical body.  This is what opposing, manipulating and blocking feels like.  When you’re lying down, breathe deeply in and out, all the way down to your toes.  You’ll feel your body starting to be relaxed.  In that relaxed state, that’s what ‘yes’ feels like.  So what’s it going to be?

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Gently tap the heart a few times to activate the heart chakra and then place your hand on your heart.  Now continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth three times.  Now in this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you. Otherwise, I’m exhausted….

Otherwise, I’m exhausted ….

I want for you what you want for you.  Otherwise, I’m exhausted….

Now slowly bring yourself slowly back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is who we all are.  This is the reality.  Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your magnificent melted heart and you by theirs.

I want for you what you want for you.”

Day 10:  Reclaiming My Power

“Loving Intention

Desert Passion www.sfago.com Sharon Abbott-Furze

My unconditional love empowers me to reclaim my true power and use the all-powerful energy of love to create the life of my dreams. That life is a life without limits, without restrictions, without judgments. You provide me with a pathway to that life. How can I ever thank you? You are my practice, my direct route to my destiny.

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to  open as this will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because in loving you unconditionally, I am living life big, and I am reclaiming my power.

How do I reclaim my personal freedom?  How do I reclaim my personal power?  By knowing that love is all powerful and that it has more power than hate and that in loving you unconditionally, there is only one true path. I really have no choice.  And although it may take lifetimes, eventually, this path will wear me down, will force me to surrender and what will forever be etched in my heart is the one truth that we all know is the deepest part of our soul and that truth is simply, love is all there is.  Love is who I am.  And there is only love.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Gently tap the heart a few times to activate the heart chakra and then place your hand on your heart.  Now continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth three times.  Now in this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you. In loving you unconditionally, I am living life big….

In loving you unconditionally, I am living life big ….

I want for you what you want for you.  In loving you unconditionally, I am living life big….

Now slowly bring yourself  back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is who we all are.  This is the reality.  Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your melted heart and you by theirs.

I want for you what you want for you.”

Day 11:  End of War

“Loving Intention

“Moon Lit”

I am humbled to notice that what is really going on inside of me has absolutely nothing to do with you. It has everything to do with me. What a perfect mirror you are for me to see myself. When I can love you, then I can love myself. I choose such a love.”

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to  be open as this will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because I meet no one but me.

This morning, at the breakfast table, while I was complaining about the myriad of things that displease me about you, you totally disarmed me.  Tears come to my eyes as I reflect and breathe on that moment.  In the midst of my trying my best to make you feel bad, you gently put your hand on mine and without speaking, you gazed sweetly into my eyes.

This morning, you taught me something that will never leave me.  As I was going on and on, you never said a word in your defense.  There was no shame, no blame, and no justification.  I noticed that without your participation in my war, I was left to feel what I was feeling.  It was humbling to notice that what was really going on inside of me had absolutely nothing to do with you.  In that loving, precious moment with you,  you penetrated my tender heart and I was able to remember once again, I meet no one but me.

Slowly bring yourself back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is who we all are.  This is the reality.  Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your melted heart and you by theirs.

Day 12:  I Love Me Too

“Loving Intention

"The Fair" www.sfago.com Sharon Abbott-Furze

“The Fair”

I want you to be happy and say “YES” to your desires. In doing so, I also gift myself with the same freedom that connects my heart to yours. Saying “YES” to you means saying “YES” to me, for there is nothing I want so much as the deep intimacy of our love. In supporting you, I open myself to the possibility that life can be magical, that the unexpected and unplanned can bring even more fulfillment than when I try to be the General Manager of the universe.”

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to  be open to a way of thinking, being and acting that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because I love me too…

In wanting you to be happy, I am offering a gift to myself as well as to you.  I am giving myself freedom and peace. How?  Because I know if I want for you something you don’t want, I an never be free or at peace.  In restricting you, I would be restricting my own happiness and freedom.  WHen I say yes to your desires, it opens the door connecting my heart to your heart and affirms the expressions of your heart.  It opens us to whatever can be, and once we open ourselves to what nature can give, nature offers all possibilities.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Put your hand on your heart and gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra.  Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth three times.  Now in this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you. I love me too…

I love me too ….

I want for you what you want for you.  I love me too….

Now slowly bring yourself back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is where we all live, that this is the reality.  Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will touched by your melted heart and you by theirs.I want for you what you want for you.”

Day 13:  How Can I Know?

“Loving IntentionA Momma's Love
I offer you my unconditional love and emotional support along your journey towards your destiny. When you return it to me, we create a special bond that can never be broken. And if for some reason, you don’t return it to me, the love of you has enriched me. I can never know what is best for you. So it is my joy and honor to watch your amazing life unfold and rest in the gratitude of being able to share it with you.”

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be  open to a way of thinking, being and acting that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because how could I ever know what you really mean?

You’re evolving and growing, just like I am.  Each of us is on a personal journey of self-discovery.  Your path of personal growth is unique, just as mine is.  How can I know your destiny when I may not even know my own? Furthermore, how your growth expresses itself may change – in fact, will change from time to time throughout your life.  How can I know how your needs and desires may express themselves at any time?

What I can give you is my unconditional love and emotional support.  Offering that to you supports my own growth and freedom.  If that is what you can offer me too, then we have something special between us.  That something special may take the form of friendship, or love, or it may be mutual appreciation without any expectation at all.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Put hour hand on your heart and gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra.  Now continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth three times.  Now in this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you. How could I ever know what you really need?….

I want for you what you want for you.  How could I ever know what you really need?

Now slowly bring yourself back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is where we all live.  This is the reality.  Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your melted heart and you by theirs.

I want for you what you want for you.”

Day 14: Surrender and Trust

“Loving Intention

Morning Light www.sfago.com

I surrender and trust you completely, knowing that both of us feel stronger from being half of a larger whole. I know that I cannot change you. Only you can do that. So I love you enough to know that in supporting you, even when I don’t agree, I’m supporting myself at the same time. I trust in our relationship. I surrender to the love I have for you and am grateful to have you in my life.”

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to  be open to a way of being, thinking and acting that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because when I surrender and trust, I am left with a deep sense of relief.

Loving you is an act of surrender and with that surrender comes relief in being able  to trust you completely… to open my heart to yours and share all of my feelings, my hopes and dreams.  Holding onto the boundaries of my ego takes energy and being able to let go of those boundaries brings me relief.  In the surrender of loving you, there is a real sense of unity with you which brings happiness, peace, a sense of freedom and a feeling of expansion.  When our relationship is a great one, both of us feel stronger from being half of a bigger whole.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra.  Now continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth three times.  In this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you.  When I surrender and trust, I am left with a deep sense of relief….

When I surrender and trust ,I am left with a deep sense of relief….

I want for you what you want for you.   When I surrender and trust, I am left with a deep sense of relief.

Now slowly bring yourself  gently back into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is who we all are.  This is the reality.

Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your melted heart and you by theirs.

I want for you what you want for you.”

Day 15:  Letting Go

“Loving Intention

"Peter"

I share my honest feelings and heart with you because even if you don’t feel the same way, it is better to live in the truth than to hide in the unknown. I will dedicate my life to the practice of being open and letting go; knowing that what is in my life, is what is supposed to be, and what is leaving my life, is also what is supposed to be. I am thankful for this practice that brings me closer to me.”

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open to a way of thinking, being and acting as this will create only miracles in your life. This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because I want you to be able to open your heart completely to me and I want me to be open my heart completely to you.

In letting go and wanting for you what you want for you, I’m opening myself to the risk that you may not want me.  When I am spending time with you and beginning to develop feelings for you, it’s only natural that I might be scared to expose my feelings too much, without yet knowing whether you have similar feelings towards me.  At the same time, It’s also natural to want to be open and honest with you, to let go and to share my feelings, hoping you may feel the same way.

So, how do I share my feelings for you? Better to let you know and not be attached to the outcome…wish for you whatever you wish for you…let go and take the plunge.  It’s better to let you know, even if it turns out you don’t feel the same, than to keep hiding my feelings and never find out how you feel.  I therefore want for you what you want for you.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Put your hand on your heart and gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra.  Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth three times.  In this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you.

I want you to be able to open your heart completely to me …. I want you to be able to open your heart completely to me.

I want for you what you want for you … I want you to be able to open your heart completely to me.

Now slowly bring yourself back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is where we all live.  This is reality.

Set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your melted heart and you by theirs. I want for you what you want for you.”

Day 16:

“Loving IntentionAnd each is unique!

I unite my heart completely with yours and am thrilled to know that together, we are connected at the deepest level that permeates the entire universe. This connection is always present and when I’m with you, I feel it more than ever. As we ride the waves of that unbounded field, you are my anchor and my freedom. Of course I want you to have all that you want to have, because you are the most precious part of me.

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open to a way of thinking, being and acting that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because unity is something we all seek.

We are naturally drawn to experience unity.  Love, itself, creates unity by bringing us all together.  In uniting our heart to others, we open ourselves up to a bigger wholeness that is more than the sum of me and you.  We feel wholeness, oneness, happiness and harmony.  The great saints, sages, and gurus knew that the unity we feel between us is the same unity that underlies and connects everything in the universe.  The nature of the universe is unity and diversity.  In unconditional love, we can live diversity and unity together.  You and me and us.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Put your hand on your heart and gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra.   Now continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth three times.  In this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you.  Unity is something we all seek….

Unity is something we all seek ….

I want for you what you want for you. Unity is something we all seek….

Now slowly bring yourself back gently into the room.  Notice how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is who we all are.   Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your beautiful melted heart and you by theirs.

I want for you what you want for you.”

Day 17:  Fruit of the Yagya

“Loving Intention

Peaceful Place http://www.sfago.com

I let go of my self-serving desires to offer my unconditional love as an instrument of the divine. When I let go of my resistance, the grace of the divine flows through me and the blessings of the divine fill me up. When I surrender my smallness to the fullness of unconditional love, I discover the peace that surpasses all understanding. You connect me to myself and I offer that self in the fulfillment of life’s desires. This is the yagya. This is the offering. This is the joy of life.”

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open to a way of thinking, being and doing that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because that will bring me what I want too.

In wanting for you what you want for you, I’m doing a kind of yagya.  The word yagya comes from the ancient Vedic tradition of India.  Yagya is the process of making offerings in an act of worship with the desire to gain the favor of the divine.  In other words, to gain support of all the laws of nature.

In a personal sense, yagya is the mental, emotional and spiritual process of taking a desire and offering it to the source of the universe.  By taking my dearest desires, and releasing them, offering them to infinity, I accomplish two things.  First, I free myself from the bondage of attachment to the desire.  Secondly, I ask the infinite power governing the universe to please summon the powers of nature to work for me and fulfill my desire.  Those two things are the fruits of the yagya, freedom from bondage and fulfillment of desire.

In giving you my unconditional love, I am making an offering and letting go of my small self’s desire in order to be an instrument of the divine.  In doing this, I allow the divine to flow through me.  This is part of the yagya. This is the fruit of the yagya.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on your heart area. That will bring me what I want too.

That will bring me what I want too….

I want for you what you want for you.  That will bring me what I want too….

Now slowly bring yourself  back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is the reality where we all live.

Set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will be touched by your melted heart and you by theirs.

I want for you what you want for you.”

Day 18: Benevolent Universe

“Loving Intention2d0b4fe3f97e6f5004cde1ab87e1170d69c14ccc There are no mistakes in the universe. Should you no longer love me or I no longer love you, I know these are also gifts. I love receiving gifts, so thank you for being such a great gift in my life. When I support you in having what you want, and I do it with a loving heart, I feel like I am finally being “the teacher living the teaching”.

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open to a way of thinking, being and doing that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because when you sacrifice yourself for my needs, we both lose.

For our relationship to survive, I have to trust that what is best for you is also best for me.  For me to do this, I have to trust that I live in a benevolent universe and by supporting you in fulfilling your desires, I am also supporting me in fulfilling mine.

Have you ever noticed that when you have the courage to say, this is what I need, you give me the chance to love you fully, and support you in what you need.  Wanting for you what you want for you doesn’t mean I always have to sacrifice my personal desires for the sake of our relationship.  It just means that I have to trust that you will honor my feelings and passions as I do yours.  Often as not, it won’t be necessary for either of us to sacrifice our personal desires for the sake of the other.  But if the willingness is there, then anything is possible for both of us, then we can truly have it all.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on your heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Put your hand on your heart  and gently tap the heart area a few times to activate your heart chakra.    Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth three times.  In this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you. Day 19: Deep Ease

“Loving IntentionP1020108

When I want for you what you want for you, I create the possibility of deep ease through free-flowing, honest communication. I know that when I support you in what you want, I will have what I want, a deeply fulfilling relationship. When I give up my resistance, relinquish my need to control, and relax into my love of you, life becomes so sweet and at the same time, filled with deep ease.”

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open to a way of thinking, being and acting that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because when you are clear and you know your way, you’re in the right place.

When you are in the right place, then you are calm and content with yourself. When you know your way, you are at peace.  When you are at peace,  I feel peaceful around you.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Put your hand on your heart and gently tap  a few times to activate your heart chakra.  Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth three times.  In this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you. Day 20:  Your Path Is Your Path

“Loving Intention

"Paradise Lane" www.sfago.com

Just as enormous pressure creates a diamond, I know the struggles you go through will perfect the beauty that is you. I will do my best to support you in all that you go through and at the same time, I take comfort in knowing that your path is your path. When I support you in following your path, I support you in growing into your greatness.

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open to a way of thinking, being and doing that will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you even if it means you may not always choose the path that will bring you the greatest joy.

I know that every step you take in life will help you learn what you need to be to become to fulfill your life’s purpose.  And though I hate to see you hurt or in pain, I know that in the long run, what you’re experiencing is exactly what has to happen.  How do I know?  It’s happening.

Just as a diamond is created by the great pressure it is put under, so I know that the beauty that is you will be perfected by the pressures you go through.  Therefore, in knowing this, it is easier for me to sincerely say to you…I want for you what you want for you.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Put your hand on your heart and gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra.  Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth three times.  In this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you. Day 21: Anti-Aging

“Loving IntentionP1020252

My unconditional love has a way of making me feel younger. When I am open, spontaneous, and having fun with you, I feel restored, refreshed, and rejuvenated. What an exciting time! You and I, together—how exciting to live in a world where all possibilities exist.”

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open as this will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because I want to grow old with you.

When I’m not coming from a place of love with you, I can feel the restriction in my heart and I feel as if I’m aging. I read the other day in the paper that new research is showing that people live longer when they love someone, when they have a companion to love, or even a pet to care for.

When we are young at heart, we help each other stay young.  So, loving you is a selfish thing from my side… selfish in that I want to live a long, healthy and youthful life.  And I want the same for you.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra and then place your hand on your heart.  Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth three times.  In this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you. I want to grow old with you….

I want to grow old with you ….

I want for you what you want for you.  I want to grow old with you.

Day 22:  The Perfection Called You

“Loving Intention

You don’t need to be changed, morphed or fixed. Both of us, are simply perfect as we are. So, knowing this, why would I change you? You are beautiful. As I honor you, I honor me. As I rejoice in your perfection, I uncover deeper layers of the perfection in me. Come or go, you keep bringing me back to me. What a wonderful gift. Thank you”.

“Dearest Friend,

Allow your heart to be open as this will create only miracles in your life.  This is my promise to you….I want for you, what you want for you because I meet no one but me.

This morning at the breakfast table, while I was complaining about the myriad of things that displease me about you, you totally disarmed me.  Tears come to my eyes as I reflect and breathe on that moment.  In the midst of trying my best to make you feel bad, you gently put your hand on mine and, without speaking, gazed sweetly into my eyes.  This morning you taught me something that will never leave me.

Now, for the next few minutes, please focus on the heart area.  Sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Gently tap the heart a few times to activate your heart chakra and then place your hand on your heart.  Continuing with your eyes closed, breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth three times.  Now in this settled space, allow yourself to meditate for a few moments on this beautiful mantra… I want for you what you want for you. I meet no one but me….

I meet no one but me ….

I want for you what you want for you.  I meet no one but me.

Now slowly bring yourself back gently into the room, noticing how connected you are, knowing that this connected space is who we all are.  This is the reality.  Now set your intention that today, every person that you come into contact with will touched by your  melted heart and you by theirs.

I want for you what you want for you.”
