I originally started my blog as a journal, a record of what I was learning from Oprah’s Life Classes. I’m a huge fan! Over the years, my life has been enriched, thoughts expanded and my world broadened through her show and guests.
I’ve also been blogging now for a few months and am so grateful for blogs – to all of you authors, photographers, artists who express and share – so well – your creativity, thoughts, humor and caring. Although I still use my blog as a journal, a reminder of my aha moments so that I can re-read my notes and thoughts when I forget where I’m going, it has become so much more to me than just a place to journal.
Sometimes I have to use a lot of discipline but at other times I pamper myself and spend a good part of my day reading blogs….I close my computer and am inspired and in awe.
Over the last few years I’ve had some medical challenges and was encouraged by a couple of attending nurses to explore meditation. I did – and am now a believer in the benefits. Some days it’s easier than others but over all it has definitely improved my health and well-being and Deepak Chopra’s 21 day meditation challenges – along with Oprah, have changed so many aspects of my life. Grateful dance! Grateful dance!
If you found your way to my blog, there may be a reason and hopefully something that you find here will add to your life in some way.
Peace and Love,
